I’m Solomiia Sychevska – a pastry chef and researcher exploring the connection between food and beauty.
My journey started over eight years ago with classic desserts, but very soon I felt that sugar and cream were not the whole story.
I wanted to create desserts that not only taste amazing but also nourish the body, support the skin, and bring a sense of harmony.
That is how the SPA Desserts Science™ method was born – a concept of “edible cosmetics” that combines gastronomy, wellness, and the science of sensory perception.
Today I have more than six years of professional experience in developing next-generation desserts, teaching master classes, and studying how ingredients influence beauty and longevity.
